Charles J. Dyer, Esq.

Charles obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of Nevada at Reno.  He was employed as a trust officer and bank examiner by the First National Bank of Nevada prior to his admission to law school.  Charles attended the University of Arizona College of Law, where he received his Juris Doctor Degree.

Charles has served as a former Maricopa County Probate Court Pro Tem and as a Co-Chair of the Arizona State Bar Probate and Mental Health Committee. He was a former Member of the Board of Directors of the Eastern Star Nursing Home. He is a frequent lecturer on the topics of Estate Planning, Probate, and Elder Law and has been recognized for contributions to the Third Edition of the Arizona Probate Code Practice Manual.

Charles is involved in several professional associations:

  • State Bar of Arizona, Probate Section, Mental Health and Elder Law
  • Maricopa County Bar Association, Estate and Trust Section
  • National Association of Elder Law Attorney (NAELA)
  • Arizona Fiduciaries Association

Charles' major areas of practice include wills, trusts, conservatorships, guardianships, elder law, mental health law and other areas of law pertinent to such cases, and special matters. He is also a certified private fiduciary, having been certified by the Certification Division of the Arizona Supreme Court.
