Clare F. Black, Esq.
Clare received her Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from the University of Arizona in 1993. Further, she obtained a Master’s in Business Administration in 1996 and graduated with her Juris Doctor in 1997 from Arizona State University. Clare was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 1997. She is also licensed to practice before the Arizona District Court as well as the U.S. Court of Veterans Appeals.
Clare is a member of the following professional organizations:
- State Bar of Arizona, Probate and Trust Section
- Maricopa County Bar Association, Estate and Trust Section
Prior to joining Dyer & Ferris, LLC, Clare was managing partner of Black & Portney, PLC. Her previous areas of practice have included veteran’s law, bankruptcy, civil litigation, corporate representation, personal injury, estate planning, probate, and guardianship/conservatorship matters.
Clare joined the firm in April, 2006. Since that time, her practice has been primarily in the area of estate planning and probate. However, she continues to practice in personal injury, corporate representation and guardianship/conservatorship matters.
Clare also teaches as a professor for Grand Canyon University for both the College of Business and the College of Nursing.
