Shad W. Blackford, Esq. 
Shad attended Arizona State University where he received a Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Science. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the Northern Illinois University College of Law. Prior to joining Dyer & Ferris, LLC in 2008, Shad worked for a general practitioner and has worked in the areas of Bankruptcy and Construction Defect Litigation.
Shad is involved in the following organizations:
State Bar of Arizona, Probate and Trust Section
Maricopa County Bar Association, Estate and Trust Section
Shad’s areas of practice focus primarily on probate litigation involving wills, trusts, conservatorships, guardianships, elder law, mental health law and other areas of law pertinent to such cases and special matters.
